I think that's easier said than done for a bunch of 20yr old kids who just lost a World Cup final. As we saw throughout the match, maturity is still very much lacking in many of the players. Fans were just trying to support their team despite the loss, which is a very normal thing to happen. I'm pretty unbothered by it all, but can understand some people may take more offence to it.
They didn't, they turned to face their supporters that were singing to them. Croatia was one of the first runner-up teams to stay for the winners ceremony. Before that, historically the losing team left the pitch pretty immediately after getting their silver medals.Argentina was pretty shitty at the end with some confrontations, but a lot is being made out of "turning their backs," when they were just facing a large section of supporters.
In a perfect world this kind of thing could work, or with a few decades more refinement. I think the realistic solution right now is still public transport and better pedestrian and bike corridors. Just make it easier for people to not immediately jump in a car for everything.
No one really asked for this technology, nor do a lot of people want it. Tech companies just get to make whatever they want and we are left with the consequences.
I get that some warning probably would have been nice for these people. As someone who loves aviation, I would be absolutely hyped if a jet did this near me.

I remember flipping through all the channels, and literally all of them were news. Cartoon Network, Disney, Discovery, Classic Movies... all news. That really drove home how big this was.
Plus, Canada always sends planes and crews to help out in the US every year.

At least with Lamine I feel like age has a lot to do with this. He's 18 now, likely younger in the video. Not excusing what I think should be simple stuff, but he has a lot to learn having gotten rich and famous so young.
The plastic has given way, the metal is likely fine. Very common with shitty pedals like this.
I know Geddy Lee from Rush has talked about interacting with fans being a learned skill. For some people it is hard to see or understand from their fans perspective, for others they find the attention uncomfortable. When you realize that for whatever reason for a moment you were super important to these fans' lives, it doesn't take much time or effort to do the little stuff that makes all the difference.
They were very hyped on the IIHF Hockey World Championships this past winter. Unfortunately lost the finals to Finland, but all their wins along the way were wild.
It was a very deserved red card. Easily could have broken the other players' leg or ankle. No malice or intent to harm, but all the same, bad challenges like that almost always result in a red card.

You just have to be smart about it and plan your trades around promotions. The regular rates are often pretty shit, but with promotions it's pretty easy to nearly double the value of a trade-in.
This is different from the PC market because on PC you can get most games from a lot of different storefronts. On your PS6, all your games will only be bought through the PlayStation store. At least with physical you can get used copies, copies on sale in tons of different retail stores, or share/lend with friends.
I've been to some huge Bass Pro Shops where they had indoor shooting ranges so you could 'take one for a spin.' They also had a range for your bows or crossbows.

While we don't know anything until the IRCC actually explains this recent move, I suspect the AI culprit as well. It's probably pretty easy to replace some names on a census or whatnot.My application has been submitted, but I haven't progressed far enough to receive one of these letters. I used documents from Ancestry.com, but those documents have all been sourced from the official census and birth records, so I'm curious how this will apply to me.
Kumusta! I think Mexico was sold out because it was Mexico playing a world cup match at home, which was a huge deal. From what I saw, ticket prices were not nearly as terrible in Canada and Mexico, but they're still pretty expensive. It is very team-dependent as well, so the home team matches are all more expensive than matches of non-favoured teams (ie ones not really expected to win the tournament).

Finally made it out there last summer for one of the Lancaster engine runs. Super cool to see all 4 engines running! I really wish they were closer so I could volunteer with the restorations.
I know it's not the point of this post, but those guys were drinking Bud Lights for a hockey game that started at 6am. That's kinda rough.
Honestly if my lunch was going to cost that much, I'd just skip it.
When this was announced I planned on going down to LA to see a bunch of matches and joining friends in Mexico City. The US is now a no-go, and ticket prices from Fifa means I'm just pirating all the games now. If I were closer to Toronto or Vancouver I'd maybe see a game here in Canada.
