This sounds awesome! Here's how I think your dream could become a reality. Make it a well paying position while prohibiting any money from companies. It can come from registered voters to a limit. Instate multiple parties in congress. Politics in the US has become polar because there's only 2 ways to vote amd that's it. Make voting day a federal holiday for each major election while also giving ALL registered voters the option to vote by mail like Washington and Oregon. Minimum 12 years needed.
