I had a teacher do this in high school. She ended at like $2.50 because she took pity on them. and by them I mean me.
but then the tires are not as aerodynamic and so you would slow down faster after that... based on my very limited knowledge of physics. 2/2
I think the momentum of the spinning tires would be transferred to the brakes then to the bike increasing your speed in that moment 1/2
