The rich manipulate people using their money, but in the end, they're just people + money. Per definition we'd all likely get brainwashed into the same behavior if we got to their position. And no, they're definitely not responsible for more than 10-15% of the emissions. You might believe they are, "owning the industries", but that's just playing the blame game. You can't sell something without a consumer, and who's consuming their products?
And isn't the new map *also* favoritism, but for Africa? They're potentially using that as a shield too, as criticizing Africa being in the center makes you seem racist.
